Great Notley Parish Council has a vacancy arising for a litter picker to join its litter picking team.
Duties will include litter picking around the Parish, assisting with bin emptying and in winter weather assisting with the spreading of grit. Equipment is provided.
The position requires flexibility and a willingness to work some weekends. Some additional hours may be required to assist in covering staff absences.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work as part of a team, be willing to be flexible and have a passion for keeping the Parish in a tidy state. Prior experience is preferable but is not essential.
Salary is paid at £8.72 an hour for 8 hours each week.
