Great Notley Parish Council wishes to make sure it hears the views of residents. There will therefore be a 'Residents' Surgery' event on Zoom on Monday 14th February 2022. Half an hour will be set aside where any resident can log in and raise questions and queries with Councillors.
It may be that your question can be answered forthwith however, please note that if further information is required then it may be that the Clerk will have to come back to you after the meeting and if a formal decision is required on the part of the Parish Council then it will have to be put on the agenda of the following Parish Council meeting.
We are aware that there can often be strong feelings on some issues but please address the meeting in a courteous manner.
