The Parish Council encourages you to enjoy the local Public Rights of Way and in particular would like to bring to your attention the 'Slow Ways' scheme. This is an initiative to connect our towns, cities and villages using existing public rights of way.
The founding principle of the scheme is that everyone should be able to walk reasonably directly, safely, easily, enjoyably and accessibly between any two settlements.
The current stage of the scheme is to plan and check routes so you can personally get involved to do this!
