The Parish Council has been advised of a temporary closure of part of Cuckoo Way to facilitate the connection of the Horizon 120 business park which is being constructed on the far side of the A131 to service media.
Originally the closure was scheduled from 18th January 2021 for a period of 6 weeks however some unexpected service media was encountered.
The contractors have now confirmed that the work will commence on Monday 1 February and that the road will be closed as from 7.30am that morning. The Parish Council has been advised that the work should take about 1 month to complete.
The work is being carried out by Balfour Beatty and a letter has been dispatched to some residents which you can view below and which includes a map showing the precise area to be closed and contact details if you have any other questions or queries
